Eligibility 출품 조건

• Content with at least one new episode aired between July 1, 2023, and August 31, 2024
• Content serviced through a global OTT platform within the applicable period
• Or Content aired through platforms such as terrestrial, cable TV, IPTV, online, and mobile in the Asian region within the applicable period
• Dramatized advertisements and promotional materials produced for commercial purposes are not eligible

Submission Fee 출품 비용

• There is no submission fee for the ACA & G.OTT Awards.

Submission Method 출품 방법

• Submissions must be made by accessing the ACA & G.OTT online submission system and following the instructions to submit the application form and all requested text, image, and video materials step-by-step.

  1. Create an account on the online submission site → Verify email → Log in

  2. Fill out the submission form → Upload basic information and synopsis, etc. → Click the ‘Save’ button

  3. After registering the required fields in the submission form → Click 'Upload Screener' button → Upload trailer and screener

  4. Click the 'Submit/Complete' button to complete the submission process.

• Program Information 프로그램 정보

  - Basic Information: Synopsis (English) - Submit both a short version (within 400 characters) and a long version (within 2,000 characters)

  - Script (English): Submit the script for the first episode submitted for preview.

  - Official Poster (Vertical)

  - Profiles of the director, writer, actors, etc., recommended for nomination

  - High-quality photos of the director, writer, actors, etc., recommended for nomination - Each photo should be vertical, 300dpi JPG file.

  - Reference Materials: Brochures, press releases, etc., for reference during the selection process (PDF or JPG files)

• Video Materials 영상자료

  1. Trailer: (1-3 minutes) (4K/UHD (3,840*2,160) recommended)

  2. Screener:

  - First episode (required, with English subtitles)

  - Additional episode(s) (optional)

  - English subtitles (If not available, English script is required)

  - File format: MP4, MOV, AVI

  - Resolution: Full HD (1,920 x 1,080)

  - The file size should not exceed 5GB. (The website for submission is optimized for uploading files in Chrome.)

Important Notes for Submission 출품 시 유의사항

Submitted materials will not be returned.
After reviewing the submitted materials, in case additional materials are required or technical issues occur, there may be request for additional materials. If the submitted work is confirmed for nomination, full cooperation is expected.
If a cast member from the submitted work is nominated, the nominee must be informed of the awards ceremony schedule in advance, and is expected to fully cooperate to ensure his/her attendance.
